It is with my best intentions to continue as a valuable resource focused on the admissions process in Higher Education serving as a liaison between Institutions and their prospective students across the United States to create quality and affordable leads while building a healthy and rewarding community for all.

In 2013 I began working as an Enrollment Counselor at a Higher Education Institution that was very innovative in their admissions process to become the fastest growing University in the United States. I was involved primarily on the phone and regularly as a host for prospective students visiting our campus from around the country. While the leadership of my Higher Education Institution had their informational sessions, I spent 30 minutes over lunch with my guest learning about what was their greatest concerns and who was supporting their vision It was in these moments that trust was established and honesty revealed that they were lacking the essential resources to ensure their success, Our conversations lead to the idea of creating a community cohort strategy.
Prior to this time I was serving as a Regional Vice President for a handful of the largest insurance companies in the world managing a multi-state territory. I was engaged in developing prospects and new client relationships to generate millions of dollars in revenue. I noticed that one of my accounts was creating internal opportunities for their advisors as well as to their vendors to gain knowledge and develop business by holding conferences at resorts around the country. I was given an invitation and the liberty to invite specific advisors to attend. The results from these events overflowed for four years with substantial revenue valuable relationships and lasting memories.
Eventually this work came to an end but not without creating a lasting impression to apply once again..
In 2018 I was able to complete my M.S. in Organizational Developemnt and Entrepreneurship. My final project focused on the development of the admissions process within my Higher Education Institution and enabled me to cast my own vision, This vision is to: "Create opportunities by refreshing the entire staff to join the efforts of the admissions team on one end and engaging them with the highest quality prospective student on the other end".
Although I accomplished my degree and I was inspired by my project, the timing was not right.
Fast forward, I am no longer working as an Admissions Counselor for one Higher Education Institution. rather I am working with many as a learning lead outlet to increase their enrollment, and graduation rate but most importantly build their reputation.
